職務概要
日系製造業より、業務の習得意欲が高く前向きなジュニアレベルの営業人材を募集しています。本ポジションでは、主に既存顧客営業を中心に、製造関連製品の営業を行いながら、定期的なコミュニケーションを通じて欧州域における売上拡大を担います。欧州各国の顧客を担当し、海外出張して訪問するため、出張が月2回程度発生します。UKを含む欧州の運転免許、または日本の免許からの切り替えがすぐにできる方が対象です。同社は、フレンドリーで働きやすい職場環境を提供しており、入社後に長く勤続する社員が多いことも特徴です。
必須条件
- 英国で就労可能な有効なビザを保有しており、将来的にもビザスポンサーを必要としない方
- YMS/PSWビザの方はご応募いただけません。
- 英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル以上
- 月1~2回、ヨーロッパ各国への海外出張に対応できること(1度の出張につき2~3日)
- 有効な自動車運転免許を保有していること(どこの国の免許でも可能です。)
- 営業およびアカウントマネジメント分野で成長意欲が高いこと
- チームでの業務を楽しめる一方で、自立して業務を進められること
- 社内外において優れたコミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション力、交渉力を発揮できること
- 主体的で、実務に積極的に取り組む姿勢を持っていること
- 基本的なPCスキルを有していること
