Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for leading the launch and managing day-to-day operations in driving store sales and other financial goals in alignment with the company strategic plan.
- Partners with global operations leadership to define budget and sales goals; aligns with group leadership on execution of such plans.
- Coaches and provides guidance and corrective action on labor, food, waste and other controllable measures.
- Accountable for ensuring operations leadership adheres to company standards, systems, policies and procedures.
- Ensures operations comply with company policies and procedures on employee safety, food safety, brand standards, cash handling, facility maintenance, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Build strategic partnerships (e.g., franchise partners, distributors) to accelerate market penetration.
- Oversee negotiation of contracts, franchise agreements, and business development deals.
- Adapt and position the brand to suit European market dynamics, balancing global identity with local relevance.
Candidate Profile
- Minimally 10 years of experience in senior operation leadership roles within the F&B or QSR industry.
- Proven track record in direct store operations of international F&B / QSR brands in Europe.
- Strong understanding of operations, finance and strategic planning.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in business development, partnerships, and deal-making.
- Network of contacts in Europe, with familiarity in navigating regulatory and business environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
