Job description:
- Design, implementation, and documentation of LAN/WAN/firewall systems using Cisco and Juniper devices
- Preparation of presales proposals, effort estimation, and collaboration with the sales department
- Customer requirements management, relationship building, and escalation handling
- Delivery of system integration services, risk assessment and mitigation, and knowledge transfer
- Third-party vendor management and quality assurance
- Tier 1–3 support operations and service desk improvement
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper (OSPF, BGP, VPN)
- Operational experience with Windows AD/DHCP/DNS/GPO
- Implementation experience in multi-site environments with over 500 users
- Business-level English and fluent Japanese
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
