- ビジネスコンサルティングおよびERPコンサルティングサービスの提供
- プロジェクト開始前に各クライアントの初期アセスメントを実施
- クライアントのビジネス要件を分析し、最適なIT・ビジネスソリューション、またはプロジェクト推進のためのガイダンスを提案
- 要件・期待値・スコープ・リスク・リソースを含むプロジェクトの設計および管理
