- New Business Launch - We are currently recruiting a UK Business Setup & Corporate Management Manager to support the establishment and operation of our new UK subsidiary.
The Corporate Project Manager will support the establishment of the UK subsidiary, oversee corporate administration, and coordinate with the headquarters in Japan, external advisers and local business partners.
The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate administration or project management, together with Business level of fluency in Japanese and English.

- Support the launch of the UK subsidiary
- Coordinate with external advisers including legal, accounting and tax firms (high priority)
- Liaise with the headquarters in Japan and provide regular reporting and updates (high priority)
- Communicate with government authorities, banks and external organisations
- Support the day-to-day administration and corporate operations of the UK entity (high priority)
- Coordinate accounting, tax and legal matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Support payroll administration and the implementation of company policies and internal procedures
- Maintain relationships with local business partners and attend meetings as required (high priority)
- Act as the key liaison between the headquarters, UK advisers and local partners
- Manage project schedules, documentation and operational tasks related to the business launch
- Research UK business regulations and operational requirements and provide recommendations where appropriate
