A global real estate advisory firm is seeking an experienced professional to support its growing cross-border real estate business in Japan. This role will be based in Tokyo and embedded within a leading Japanese financial institution under a strategic partnership framework. The position will report into the firm's global headquarters and play a key role in originating and executing inbound investment opportunities into Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute commercial real estate transactions in Japan, particularly for international investors.
- Originate and manage cross-border investment opportunities, with a focus on inbound capital (Europe/UK and other regions).
- Collaborate closely with internal global teams and local partner stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and advisory services related to Japanese real estate (commercial and/or residential).
- Assist in structuring and closing transactions, including coordination with legal, financial, and external partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and clients.
- Contribute to the expansion of the firm's Japan-related business platform.
Requirements
