本ポジションでは、金融機関の AsIs（現行）業務プロセスの可視化・標準化を推進し、システム・サービスの選定や PoC（概念実証）を含めたプロジェクトをリードしていただく。
- 金融機関の業務プロセスを理解・可視化
- 現行の業務プロセスや運用フローを分析し、全体像を把握
- フロー図やドキュメントを活用し、業務の可視化を実施
- 業務プロセスの標準化と改善提案
- 金融機関内のステークホルダーと協働し、共通部分・個別部分を整理
- 標準の業務プロセスや運用フローを定義し、業務の効率化を推進
