Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal processes for contract execution and counterparty onboarding
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding and approval workflows
- Arrange, track, and manage the contract signing process
- Maintain accurate filing, organisation, and records of contracts and related documentation
- Review executed contracts to confirm required information for payments and settlement
- Monitor key contract dates (expiry, renewal, amendments) and issue reminders as needed
- Support vendor agreement novation and associated documentation
- Assist with the preparation, organisation, retrieval, and maintenance of operational documentation
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and update of operational manuals and procedures
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care
- Support continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in administration, operations support, or a middle‑office role
- Experience in energy trading, commodities, or financial services is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to handle fee calculations and basic reconciliations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across Trading, Support Functions, and Senior Management
