Responsibilities
- 第三者としての独立した立場から内部統制の有効性を評価し、経営者の内部統制報告書作成を支援いただきます。
- 主な業務：2社のJ-SOX独立評価プロジェクトのリード
- ウォークスルー・統制テスト・レビューの実施
- クライアント担当者との折衝・コミュニケーション
- 外部監査法人／外部コンサルとの連携・調整
- プロジェクトの進捗・品質・成果物管理
- 閑散期は以下の業務も兼任
- ITサポート／システム保守
- 小規模ITプロジェクトのPM業務
Required Skills
- J-SOX または ITシステム監査の実務経験
- IT内部統制／QA／ITリスクの基礎知識
- クライアントまたはステークホルダーとの折衝経験
