- 募集主体は、ディープテックを中心とした領域で、グローバルNo1を欧州発で狙うスタートアップに出資をする新興ベンチャーキャピタルファームです。
今回募集するInvestment Associateは、投資案件の発掘からデューデリジェンス、投資実行、投資後のバリューアップ支援まで一貫して担うポジションです。加えて、戦略投資家に対する事業開発支援や市場インサイトの提供など、投資業務に留まらずに日欧を繋ぐ幅広い役割を担うことが期待されます。
- 主な業務内容
- 1. 投資案件の発掘（ソーシング）
- 欧州を中心としたスタートアップ、投資トレンドのリサーチ
- VC、起業家、エコシステムプレイヤーとのネットワーク構築
- イベント・カンファレンスへの参加
- 投資戦略・テーマに沿った新規案件の発掘・初期評価
- 2. 投資デューデリジェンスおよび投資実行
- ファウンダー評価
- 市場分析・競合分析
- 財務分析およびバリュエーション
- 投資判断に必要な財務モデリング
- 投資委員会向け資料作成
- 契約書レビューおよび外部弁護士との連携
- 投資実行プロセス全般の推進
- 3. 戦略投資家向け戦略支援
- 一次情報ベースのインサイト提供
- 欧州スタートアップとの事業提携機会の創出
- 日欧における新規事業開発やオープンイノベーション支援
- 4. ポートフォリオ・ファンド運営支援
