主な職務内容
- 採用、入退社手続き、給与計算、評価制度、エンゲージメント施策など、HR(人事)全般のリードおよび管理
- 日本本社と英国拠点の間の主要な窓口として、HR、駐在員管理、コーポレート関連業務を担当
- 会社方針や法令に沿った HR ポリシー・手続きの見直し・策定・運用
- 従業員対応の管理および ACAS 規定、英国労働法、現地の HR ベストプラクティスの遵守
- 就労ビザ、税務調整、赴任・帰任手配、住宅サポートなど駐在員関連業務の管理
- 経営陣への HR 戦略、組織構造、タレント開発に関する助言
- 外部 HR・コンプライアンス関連機関との調整
- 年次イベント、記念行事、社内旅行などのエンゲージメント企画・運営
- 保険更新、ISO/J‑SOX/内部監査などの HR コンプライアンス書類管理
- 正確な HR レコードおよびドキュメント管理
- HR&管理チームのマネジメントおよびオフィス運営のサポート
- その他、経営陣からのアドホック業務
求める経験・スキル
- 人事、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号(または同等の資格)
- 人事分野での最低 5 年以上の経験(特に多国籍企業または日系企業での経験を歓迎)
- 1〜2 名以上のチーム管理経験
- 労働法、HR コンプライアンス、ACAS 規定に関する深い理解
- 給与計算、人事制度運用、従業員対応の実務経験
- 日本本社との業務連絡が可能な日本語力(JLPT N1〜N2 程度)
- Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint の実務レベルの操作スキル
