戦略企画部門にて Administrative / Office Support Associate を募集します。本ポジションは、コンプライアンスおよびビジネス部門を横断的に支援し、内部統制・リスク管理・課題対応が円滑に進むようサポートする役割です。コントロール/サポート機能と密に連携し、重要事項についてはシニアマネジメントへのエスカレーションを行います。日本語と英語の双方を日常的に使用するポジションです。
主な業務内容
- フロントオフィス部門の法令・規制遵守に向けた運営サポート
- 内部統制プロセスの妥当性・有効性の確認および改善事項のフォローアップ
- 戦略企画部・コントロール&アドミニストレーショングループの業務補助
- シニアマネジメント、関連部署、海外拠点および日本本社との調整・連携
- 英語・日本語による定例/非定例レポート、管理資料の作成・レビュー
- 規制当局対応、内部監査・外部監査対応に関する事務サポート
- イレギュラー案件やインシデント発生時の管理・記録対応
- コンプライアンス部門および日本本社関連チームとの協働
