Requirements:
- Experience in IT implementation (Smart factory/IoT) in factories or warehouses.
- Enterprise sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to communicate with factory managers and share common knowledge (manufacturing industry terminology).
- Ability to connect IT and OT, understand OT security, and analyse DX pain points in clients' factories or warehouses.
- Ability to hypothesise DX needs for Japanese manufacturing clients, form IT projects through conversations with clients, and lead to orders by utilising internal resources.
- Japanese Language is nice to have.
- Understanding of Japanese culture is nice to have.
