仕事内容:

  • ITインフラ運用業務をプロジェクトマネージャーもしくはエンジニアとして対応
  • 対応環境:PC、サーバー、ネットワーク、クラウド、セキュリティ等
  • EMEA地域での拠点新設や閉鎖に伴うネットワーク構築・閉鎖案件における顧客、パートナー企業との各種調整(提案、プロジェクト管理等)
  • 安定運用の為の必要となるドキュメント(構成図、手順書等)の作成・更新
  • 日本本社管理のサーバーやNW機器類の保守更新対応

必須資格・経験:

  • ITインフラ環境でのエンジニアもしくはPMの経験(4年以上)
  • ステークホルダーマネジメント経験
  • 流暢レベルの日本語+ビジネスレベルの英語
  • エクセル等を用いた、人員、予算、プロジェクト管理
  • ITプロジェクトライフサイクル、ベストプラクティスの理解
