Responsibilities:
- Inventory management
- Accounts payable: from approval to payment, bank reconciliation, inventory management
- Collaborate with suppliers and the retail team to resolve issues
- Issuing sales invoices
- Support monthly closing (journal entries, reconciliation tasks, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Over 1 year of experience in finance or accounting-related roles
- A degree in finance or a related field is preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred (not mandatory)
- Business-level English proficiency
- Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Communication skills
- Time management
Work Environment:
- Hybrid
- Normal working hours: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
