- テクニカルプロジェクトマネージャーおよびデリバリーチームと連携しながら、プロジェクトのスコープ、品質、スケジュール、予算を管理し、ビジネス目標に沿った運営をリードします。
- レポーティングおよびエスカレーション対応を含むプロジェクトガバナンスの主導も行います。
- ビジネスコンサルティングおよびERPコンサルティングサービスの提供
- プロジェクト開始前に各クライアントの初期アセスメントを実施
- クライアントのビジネス要件を分析し、最適なIT・ビジネスソリューション、またはプロジェクト推進のためのガイダンスを提案
- 要件・期待値・スコープ・リスク・リソースを含むプロジェクトの設計および管理
- プロジェクトチームと協働し、担当プロジェクトの開発および実装を推進

- 主要なERPシステム(SAP、Oracle、Dynamics等)に関する知識
- ITシステム領域におけるプロジェクトエンゲージメントリードコンサルタント、コンサルタント、またはプロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験(3年以上)
- ERP、クロスファンクショナルチーム、または外部ベンダーを含むプロフェッショナルサービスプロジェクトの管理経験
- 組織内メンバーと効果的にコミュニケーションできる能力
