- 政府機関、銀行、外部関係先とのリエゾン業務
- 現地法人設立後の日常的な管理運営サポート（優先度：高）
- 会計、税務、法務関連業務の取りまとめ
- ペイロール、就業規則、社内規程等の整備運用サポート
- 現地パートナー企業との会議参加、関係維持、窓口対応（優先度：高）
- 日本本社、英国専門家、現地パートナー間の橋渡し役
- 事業立ち上げに伴う各種プロジェクト管理、資料作成、タスク管理
- 必要に応じた英国現地実務に関する情報収集、社内共有、改善提案

- 英国または海外現地法人の設立運営経験
- コーポレート管理、総務、人事、経理財務の実務経験
- 会計士、税理士、弁護士など外部専門家との折衝経験
- 日本本社と英国現地関係者の間に立ち、双方の意図を理解しながら実務を進められる方
