E-Banking Implementation / PMO / UAT & Testing- 日系銀行におけるe-Bankingパッケージ導入に伴う、ユーザー側の支援を担当いただくポジションです。 本ポジションでは、プロジェクト計画・タスク進捗管理、UAT・回帰テストのリード、顧客データの集計・移行進捗管理、国内外の関係部署との調整など、e-Banking導入プロジェクトを幅広くサポートしていただきます。
【職務内容】
- e-Bankingパッケージ導入プロジェクトにおけるPMO業務
- プロジェクト計画の策定、タスクの進捗管理および関係者間の調整
- UAT・回帰テストの計画、進捗管理およびインシデント管理
- Excelを使用した顧客データの集計・加工および移行進捗の管理
- 現地チーム・日本本部を含む関係部署との調整・交渉
- 顧客・対外向けの発信文書の作成
- e-Banking、SWIFT決済、ISO 20022等に関する知識を活かしたプロジェクト支援
【応募要件】
- 日英バイリンガルレベルの日本語・英語力
- PMO経験（計画立案、タスク進捗管理、タスク調整）
- UATまたは回帰テストのリード経験
- Excelを使用したデータ集計・加工経験
- 関係部署との調整・交渉ができるコミュニケーションスキル
- 顧客・対外向け発信文書の作成経験があれば尚可
- e-Banking、SWIFT決済、ISO 20022に関する知識があれば尚可
【勤務条件】
- 勤務地： ロンドン
- 勤務形態： ハイブリッド勤務（週3～4日出社）
- 給与：経験に応じて決定

- 勤務時間： 月～金 9:00～17:00
