Are you ready for a modern sales environment with regional scope, commercial impact, and growth opportunities? At Jabra, part of the GN group, we’re hiring a commercially focused Inside Sales Representative for the North region—a professional who handles the full sales cycle, acts with urgency, and consistently turns discussions into pipeline opportunities.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Enterprise and Channel sales teams across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, owning inbound and outbound activity, supporting deal progression, and keeping the field team in front of customers as much as possible. This role is not telemarketing or high-volume cold calling – it’s consultative, targeted inside sales. Not a passive admin function – it directly drives pipeline, revenue, and sales productivity. Not just campaign coordination – it’s about spotting friction and enabling smarter, faster execution.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Own inside sales activity across the region: inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, and deal support.
- Engage customers and partners via phone, email, and digital channels with speed and commercial confidence.
- Develop and maintain a personal pipeline, advancing qualified opportunities when suitable.
- Ensure pipeline data is accurate and up to date, giving sales leaders real-time visibility.
- Spot process bottlenecks and implement automation and AI‑driven improvements.
- Be the fastest, most reliable commercial contact point in the North sales operation.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Have experience from a B2B inside sales role.
- Proficient command of CRM and modern sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage your own pipeline, convert inbound leads, and run outbound prospecting.
- Experience supporting field sales teams across multiple markets.
- Skilled in communication, with practical commercial judgment and a reliance on data to guide decisions.
- Fluent English; the Nordic language would be beneficial.
- Efficient, consistent, and highly organised.
- Initiative‑taking and commercially aware — you consider every inquiry a potential source of revenue.
- Curious, process‑smart, and interested in automation and AI.
- Collaborative across teams, markets, and seniority levels.
If you’re excited by owning commercial outcomes from the inside and scaling what you do through smart processes and tools, we’d like to hear from you.
At GN, we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible. We trust our people to fulfill their responsibilities, to know when in‑person collaboration is better than hybrid, and to be present when it's needed most. All applicants will receive equal consideration for employment. As such, we encourage you to submit your CV without a photo to ensure an equal and fair application process.
