In this role you’ll sit as part of the Global Proposition & Product Marketing team, working alongside other product marketing specialists responsible for headsets, software & services, and more. Critically, you’ll serve as the bridge between the product organization, the marketing function and the regional teams. Passionate about products and storytelling, the tight‑knit Proposition & Product Marketing team are unapologetic customer‑geeks. They put end‑users and IT decision makers at the centre of value propositions and craft sell‑in decks to inspire both internal and external audiences. The team is responsive, supportive of each other and results‑driven. The role reports to the Head of Video Marketing, Global Proposition & Product Marketing based in North America.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the value proposition for all new Jabra Panacast video launches, working with Product Management to deliver the brief to marketing.
- Coordinate the marketing launch plan for all NPI, interacting with colleagues from Market Insights, in‑house creative, digital marketing, PR, and other functions.
- Assist in creating propositions & messaging tailored to customers (end‑users & ITDM), channel partners & alliance sellers.
- Work closely with Product Management to ensure accuracy of all product messaging and value propositions.
- Act as the bridge within the product marketing function that interfaces with Jabra brand, creative, digital and PR/Communications teams.
- Translate complex & technical video product concepts into compelling, understandable stories supported by insights & proposition testing.
- Develop & deliver product‑training and enablement material for internal and external audiences, plus high‑impact sell‑in content for customers.
- Work closely with stakeholders in the Video business unit to ensure long‑term product viability.
- Consistently incorporate software & services into the overarching story and weave these elements into marketing launch planning.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills, confident and impactful with both internal & external audiences.
- In‑depth understanding of the video/meeting room category and a strong focus on new product introduction in video conferencing, unified communications or adjacent technologies.
- Experience working with or alongside key alliance/ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, Zoom or Google.
- Minimum 6 years of product marketing experience (global or regional).
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft inspiring stories and bring them to life visually (eLearning, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Curiosity about the WHY and the WHO, with the ability to re‑evaluate existing beliefs and uncover insights that lead to compelling propositions.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network across functional boundaries and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility for occasional international travel as needed.
