We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Jabra Enterprise Public Sector Sales team. In the role of Public Sector Enterprise Account Manager in the Jabra Enterprise team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will drive strategic growth across all verticals within enterprise accounts, build trusted customer relationships, and help organisations transform the way they communicate and collaborate through innovative audio and video solutions.

You will be part of Jabra’s Enterprise business, focused on delivering intelligent audio and video solutions that empower better workplace communication and collaboration. Our team partners closely with enterprise customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to create meaningful business impact. We are a collaborative, ambitious, and customer-focused team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous development. Together, we strive to help customers unlock the full value of their technology investments.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships within the UK Public Sector enterprise customers across the UK region.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand Jabra’s market share within Unified Communications, Contact Centre, and Video Solutions.
  • Develop trusted partnerships with key decision-makers across multiple customer departments and organisational levels.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers identify opportunities for workplace digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, internal sales teams, and marketing to create and execute account growth strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, CRM reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Represent Jabra as a trusted partner and brand ambassador in customer engagements.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience in Public Sector enterprise account management, business development, or strategic sales.
  • Have strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple organisational levels.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and a consultative sales mindset.
  • Are highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with both technical and business audiences.

It is beneficial to have experience within Unified Communications, enterprise technology solutions, or channel sales environments.
