Responsibilities
- Work to resolve product held up by customs in various countries.
- Work to establish strong working relationships with transport companies to ensure the best value for money and services.
- Provide prompt quotes to various departments within Rebound Electronics for shipping/collections.
- Working with our Reverse Logistics team to ensure the smooth movement of goods from Europe and the rest of the world.
- Checking shipping cost invoices and entry into our system.
- Work with our Quality Team & RE Compliance to ensure the prompt return of product that has been rejected, ensuring that all paperwork is produced.
- Understanding of relevant import/export regulations, tariffs and duties and communicate internally/externally.
- Work with the dispatch department to palletize/pack product ready for collection.
- Work with our Goods Inwards team to identify incoming deliveries.
- Assist warehouse for producing regular (daily/weekly/monthly) reports.
- Assist warehouse for updating records/forms and filing those forms.
- General admin/tasks as required.
Required
- A-level or degree qualified.
- At least 1 year experience in freight and/or outbound logistics.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for internal and external.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
