Job Purpose Summary: Provide ongoing support to sales personnel and customers by conducting administrative tasks in relation to sales and purchase orders, including after sales support.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Generate and process sales quotations.
  • Generate and process sales and purchase orders.
  • Provide general administrative support to sales personnel.
  • Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues.
  • Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Requirements: We're looking for positive, motivated people who enjoy speaking with customers and want to succeed in a sales-focused environment. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Confidence building relationships over the phone
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A professional and team-focused approach
  • Preferably, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence. We will consider candidates that are in the process of learning to drive.
