We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to track shipments, manage paperwork, and coordinate with carriers. The role requires quick problem-solving skills and high organizational ability.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve product delays caused by customs in various countries.
  • Establish strong working relationships with transport companies to secure value for money and quality services.
  • Provide prompt quotes to various departments within Rebound Electronics for shipping and collections.
  • Work with Reverse Logistics team to ensure smooth movement of goods from Europe and other worldwide locations.
  • Check shipping cost invoices and enter data into the system.
  • Collaborate with Quality Team and RE Compliance to ensure prompt return of rejected products and produce all required paperwork.
  • Comprehend relevant import/export regulations, tariffs, and duties and communicate them internally and externally.
  • Work with dispatch department to palletize/pack product ready for collection.
  • Assist Goods Inwards team in identifying incoming deliveries.
  • Assist warehouse in producing regular (daily/weekly/monthly) reports.
  • Assist warehouse in updating records/forms and filing those forms.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • A-level or degree qualified.
  • At least one year of experience in freight and/or outbound logistics.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
