Jaberu Recruitment is working with our Key Client to hire an Assistant Analyst to join their Housing Support team! If you have strong admin and system skills, thrive on problem-solving, and want to support vital housing services, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
- Manage housing system admin and troubleshoot via ServiceDesk
- Support and train Council staff on housing applications
- Help develop processes, training materials, and data reports
- Ensure system compliance with regulations and standards
What you need:
- HNC qualification or equivalent
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
- Experience with databases and data analysis
- Team player with attention to detail
- Relevant experience (housing, social work, finance) is a plus
