This is a great opportunity for skilled tradespeople with strong kitchen fitting experience, particularly those who have previously worked within housing associations, local authorities, or social housing environments. The Role You will be carrying out kitchen and bathroom fitting and associated joinery works across housing association properties in the Midlothian area. We are looking for candidates who are confident working independently or as part of a team, take pride in their work, and understand the standards expected when working in occupied residential properties. Requirements * Proven experience in kitchen fitting * Previous experience working for a housing association, local authority, or within social housing is preferred * Either SVQ / NVQ Joinery qualification or valid Blue or Gold CSCS card * A valid UK driving licence, or alternatively, you must be able to work as part of a team with someone who holds a valid UK driving licence * Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail * Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team * Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach Location The work is based throughout Midlothian.
