We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational activities across our site. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic working environment.
Duties:
- Assisting with the loading and unloading and shifting of materials and equipment
- Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising tools and supplies
- Supporting tradespeople and other team members in daily operations
- Moving, lifting, and positioning materials safely around the site
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work zones to ensure safety standards are met
- Assisting with general maintenance tasks as required
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to minimise risks
Requirements:
- A valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in construction
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards work responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices within a labour environment is desirable
