Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week. We operate a Fix + Flex model, with Wednesdays and Thursdays as our two Fix Days, when everyone is in the office, and the third day is Flex for you - either Monday, Tuesday, or Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Managing the account operations and the day-to-day requirements of your clients; this includes building timelines and project plans, implementing ways of working, managing the profitability of your projects and managing resource requirements.
- Proactively foreseeing commercial & operational challenges and escalating to key stakeholders both internally and externally, when required, as well as sharing recommendations on how to solve these challenges.
- Supporting with administration and management of Projects in our agency-management software (Productive).
- Ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed efficiently and reported on regularly.
- Ensure timesheets are updated in a timely manner each week and reporting regularly on how we're tracking with recommendations for improvement.
- Doing what you say to develop and maintain brilliant collaborative relationships with your account teams to deliver seamlessly.
- Saying it simply to ensure every person in the team knows exactly what’s expected of them at all stages as well as clearly & confidently articulating project plans to clients where required.
