An execution-focused partnerships role responsible for delivering EE TV partner marketing commitments across major content providers (e.g. Netflix, NOW, TNT Sports). The position sits at the centre of partner activity—coordinating campaigns, managing approvals, and ensuring contractual obligations are met—within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a hands-on, operational role in a lean team, requiring strong organisation, proactivity, and stakeholder management to keep multiple partner workstreams on track.
What you’ll be doing:- Manage day-to-day relationships with TV content partners, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns and partner activity
- Own end-to-end approval processes for all customer-facing partner marketing content
- Deliver contractual marketing commitments across multiple partners, tracking performance and outputs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Retail, Propositions) to execute campaigns effectively
- Maintain planning and tracking tools (annual planner, content priorities, approval trackers)
- Support go-to-market activity for partner launches and ongoing promotional campaigns
- Proven experience managing external partners or stakeholders in a commercial or marketing environment
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines
- Highly proactive and able to work independently in a lean, fast-paced team
- Excellent stakeholder management, with confidence engaging and influencing internal teams and external partners
- Strong attention to detail, particularly across approvals, branding, and customer-facing communications
- Experience in media, TV, streaming, or subscription-based businesses
- Understanding of marketing channels and campaign delivery
- Awareness of content models (e.g. SVOD, TVoD, EST)
- Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, or A/B testing
- Exposure to managing contractual commitments or partner deliverables
