Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week. We operate a Fix + Flex model, with Wednesdays and Thursdays as our two Fix Days, when everyone is in the office, and the third day is Flex for you - either Monday, Tuesday, or Friday.
A benchmarked salary between ÂŁ33,000 to ÂŁ38,000 based on your level within our progression framework.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Sourcing & Vetting Creators: Source & vet creators for brand partnerships, ensuring performance, demographics & personality align with overarching brand strategy & objectives. Pitch creator selections to clients with thoughtful reasoning.
- Creator Briefs: Support Senior Influence Manager with producing clear briefing documents for creators, including key brand education and inspiration for their content. Support with running briefing sessions with creators on video call or in person.
- Creator Communications & Campaign Management: Manage communication with creators & talent agencies from the start of a partnership through to the end, providing them with key information, ensuring deadlines are met and building the ongoing relationship. Supporting the Senior Influence Manager with campaign budget management.
- Content Management & Scheduling: Collaborate with brand teams to provide feedback on creator content, sharing this with creators and managing edits. Working closely with the Media & SMM team to ensure content is scheduled in line with wider content plans and for maximum impact.
- Campaign Reporting: Managing analytics from each creator and ensuring data trackers are up to date. Leading on providing learnings & insights to inform the campaign reports for clients.
- Relationship Building & Networking: Support the team with growing our network of talent & agency contacts via relationship building on existing projects, networking & attending events, and keeping up to date with up & coming faces on social media.

- You'll have experience of delivering seamless creator led campaigns, with strong working relationships with creators and their talent representatives.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the current creator landscape, and able to educate others on how best to harness it.
- Brilliantly personable: communication is the lifeblood of our business. You love working with people and have a natural ability to handle challenges with charm.
- Highly organised: social is fast, there’s a lot of content and a lot of deadlines so the ability to run a tight ship is a must.
- You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, and how they market themselves and use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
- Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You will take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection.
- Real drive and ambition: you'll be constantly adapting to the ever-growing world of social, and we need people who have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there.
- You'll have 1-3 years of experience working with creators (agency-side preferable).
