Provide administrative support to all Assistants at the agency and complete other general office duties when requested.

  • Raising contracts and invoices for bookings within a CRM system
  • Administering immigration paperwork (Certificates of Sponsorship) for touring artists
  • Accurately entering new contacts, festivals, venues and promoters to the CRM as directed
  • Provide cover for assistants during holidays and periods of absence or illness
  • Taking minutes in company meetings
  • Providing reception cover
  • Answering overflow phone calls
  • Internal meeting co-ordination and calendar management where requested
  • Carry out any other tasks or reasonable requests as directed by Management
  • Potential to attend showcases / gigs and reporting back to Agent teams where requested

SKILLS NEEDED

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously
  • The ability to manage a heavy workload and high volume of emails
  • Previous experience with contract administration, CRM systems and data entry preferable
  • Confident telephone manner
