We’re looking for Skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our Client's team. We have 2 positions available, offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.
- Hourly Rate
- Shift Allowance: 15% for early and afternoon shifts
- Overtime: 50% on weekdays & Saturdays, 100% on Sundays
- Temp to Perm (perm option available after 3 months or straight away)

As a Skilled Fitter in our Industrial Pumps and Mixer business, you will:
- Assemble Pump & Mixer equipment according to company procedures
- Fit components/modules based on engineering drawings and technical specs
- Work collaboratively to ensure a smooth, efficient build process
- Conduct production tests and complete accurate reports
- Ensure all assembled components are fit for purpose
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to secure parts
- Record work carried out for tracking purposes
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3)
- Experience: Mechanical fitter experience (e.g., valves, compressors, machinery), NOT automotive
- Desirable: Knowledge of PC pumps, wastewater product assemblies, mechanical seals, and basic electrical experience
- Skills: Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook), manual handling, HSE awareness
