Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their QHSE training requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide support, training and instruction to all client personnel in relevant areas of QHSE & Management.
- Identify current and future training needs through gap analysis, audits, incident trends, and client feedback.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data management for all training activities.
- Develop / implement / enhance Management System content.
- Develop and support implementation of QHSE Plans at all levels of the Client Organisation.
- Develop and support implementation of HSE Interface documents as required as assigned by client/contract.
- Be aware of new or existing QHSE Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, guidance notes, and Government reports, and draw to the attention of the Head of Operations & Technical Manager any implications for the end client(s).
- Promote guidance, advice & understanding and compliance across clients with requirements to QHSE requirements for example in Radiation, COSHH, Manual Handling, PPE, DSE, Environmental, Waste Management and Health and Hygiene standards and objectives.
- Monitor client work scopes as appropriate to ensure that Risk Assessments, Method Statements etc have been undertaken to the required standard.
- Plan and ensure that audits/inspections, non-conformance reporting, trend analysis and management review meetings are carried out correctly to establish that the client meets current legislative requirements, end client requirements and its own QHSE targets.
- Plan, assist and participate in Audits of the MS and submit reports to the Head of Operations or their designate.
- Support induction programme as required.
- Recommend and monitor the use, provision and effectiveness of safety equipment.
- Prepare QHSE communication programmes as required.
- Review incident and accident reports to ensure quality and that fundamental cause issues are both identified and linked to measures to prevent re-occurrence.
- To have in place emergency response procedures that aligns and interfaces with those of company and client.
- Member of Company emergency response team as required.
- Supporting the continual development of QHSE Advisors.
- Develop & deliver QHSE related training to in-house and client staff.
- Willingness to travel as required to undertake work on behalf of the company and its clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum Required: HNC Level Qualification or equivalent, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor qualified, Teaching Qualification.
- Desirable: Degree Qualified in relevant engineering / management subject, NEBOSH General OH&S Certificate, TECH IOSH Membership or equivalent. Further Lead Auditor / Verifier Qualifications.

- Experience gained in the engineering sector with some Oil & gas knowledge.

- Must be able to work with multiple business functions across business units to meet company-wide objectives.
- Must hold a full driving licence.
