Accountability, roles and responsibilities:
- The post holder will report to their Engineering Director/Manager for the execution of technical work.
- Any other delegated content as instructed by under the direction of their line manager.
Duties:
- Manage engineering projects using technical expertise and experience in engineering design and analysis.
- Assist execution of projects using technical expertise and experience in engineering design and analysis as required by clients and all interested parties and under the direction of line manager whilst complying with processes and procedures.
- Produce engineering proposals, reports and schedules in accordance with project commitments, as required by clients and all interested parties.
- Providing supervision, mentoring and continuing professional development support to less experienced engineers.
- Assist business development effort by engaging with clients and potential clients to generate leads and enquiries under the direction of line management.
- Meet with clients and all interested parties on a project basis for both engineering and business development activities.
- Work to be performed at the Company's offices in Aberdeen but there may be requirements to work at client offices and/or offshore in occasional circumstances and/or other satellite offices.
Qualifications:
- Ideally a relevant engineering degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
