Key Responsibilities
- Develop designs from concept through to finished product in line with industry standards.
- Support product validation through the design and development of test equipment.
- Provide accurate engineering cost estimates and manage projects to budget and delivery targets.
- Deliver technical support to maximise client satisfaction.
- Participate in design reviews and liaise with clients and vendors locally and internationally.
- Contribute to testing, assembly, and evaluation of new products.
About You
- HNC or Degree in Mechanical, Product, or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering/Design.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering, ideally with oilfield downhole tools.
- Skilled in CAD systems (SolidWorks or Inventor).
- Strong mathematical capability (stress and load calculations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- A proactive, self‑motivated team player who thrives under pressure.
