JAB Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join an offshore Production Operations team supporting assets in the Morecambe Bay area. This is a long-term contract opportunity working a 2 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation, with crew change from Blackpool.

- Rotation: 2 weeks on / 3 weeks off
- Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts
- Duration: Initial 12-month contract

The successful candidate will form part of the offshore Production Operations team and will be responsible for supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of electrical equipment and systems across the installation. Typical responsibilities will include planned and corrective electrical maintenance, fault finding, equipment inspection, troubleshooting and supporting operational activities in accordance with site procedures and offshore safety standards.
Candidates should have:
- Previous experience working as an Electrical Technician within an offshore or process environment
- Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience
- Relevant electrical trade or engineering qualifications
- Current offshore certification appropriate to working on UKCS installations
- A strong understanding of safe systems of work and offshore operational procedures
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary offshore team
