What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound enquiries and support customers with product information and orders
- Process sales orders accurately across a multi-SKU product range
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Support the external sales team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure excellent service levels
