We are seeking a reliable and organised person to offer support to the existing sales team as well as having the skills to build up their own client base by seeking new potential clients, quoting enquiries and giving customer support throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of ensuring smooth and efficient office workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
- Seek new customers and build relationships with existing clients
- Quote customer enquiries
- Input customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
- Support all other departments with their day-to-day duties
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or sales role
- Proficiency with PC and in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative
