JAB Electrical Wholesale is looking for an Account Manager to join our close-knit team in Sheffield.
This is primarily a branch-based role, focused on looking after existing trade customers, processing orders and making sure they receive a great service. When you're not supporting customers, you'll be reaching out to new businesses and helping grow our customer base.
The Role
You’ll be a key part of the day-to-day running of our wholesale branch, combining account management with opportunities to develop new business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing existing customer accounts and building lasting relationships.
- Taking enquiries, preparing quotes and processing customer orders.
- Advising customers on electrical products and their requirements.
- Supporting the trade counter and general branch operations.
- Following up on enquiries and identifying further sales opportunities.
- Contacting potential customers to generate new business.
- Working closely with the team to keep the branch running smoothly.

- A reliable, organised team player who's happy to get involved in branch activities.
