JAAQ seeks a Head of Clinical Safety & Outcomes to own clinical product safety across its platform and AI-powered products. You will be the named CSO, embedded with the product and engineering team, responsible for ensuring safety, compliance, and clinical soundness throughout the lifecycle.
You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and lead regulatory and safety initiatives, risk management, and cross-functional governance while supporting clinical practice alongside this role.
