We’re currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a leading main contractor delivering high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London.
You’ll join a dynamic and growing team working on residential and commercial fit out projects for blue-chip clients, landmark office developments, and premium mixed-use schemes. This is a great opportunity for a QS with a solid background in interior fit out, refurbishment, or fast-track commercial projects, looking to join a company that offers genuine career progression and exposure to flagship London projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the commercial delivery of high-end fit out projects from pre-contract through to final account.
- Prepare, negotiate, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts.
- Conduct valuations, variations, and progress payments.
- Work closely with project and design teams to ensure financial and commercial control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- ~5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit out or refurbishment sectors.
- ~ Proven track record working on commercial or corporate office projects in London.
- ~ Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- ~ Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- ~ Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Salary: £70,000–£85,000 DOE + benefits.
