Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Greater Manchester is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our residential valuation team, conducting property inspections and producing valuations for loan security, asset management and advisory purposes.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualification or equivalent residential valuation experience
- Strong report writing skills
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the patch
- Proficiency in MS Office and Argus Developer or similar appraisal software
