We are seeking an experienced Director to join our central London valuation practice, delivering high-quality professional valuation services across commercial assets. This P4-level role requires a chartered surveyor with deep technical expertise, strong client relationships, and proven leadership capabilities to drive business growth while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service & Business Development: Lead and manage a portfolio of key client relationships across institutional investors, corporate occupiers, developers, and financial institutions. Drive new business development through strategic targeting and relationship building, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts. Represent the firm at industry events and maintain visibility within the central London market.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee complex valuation instructions across commercial assets within central London. Ensure all valuations comply with RICS Red Book standards and internal quality assurance protocols. Provide technical guidance and review to team members on challenging assignments. Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging valuation methodologies.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of valuation professionals ranging from graduate to associate level. Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development planning. Foster a collaborative culture that encourages technical excellence and professional growth. Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery across multiple client engagements.
