We are seeking an experienced Director to join our central London valuation practice, delivering high-quality professional valuation services across commercial assets. This P4-level role requires a chartered surveyor with deep technical expertise, strong client relationships, and proven leadership capabilities to drive business growth while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service & Business Development
    • Lead and manage a portfolio of key client relationships across institutional investors, corporate occupiers, developers, and financial institutions.
    • Drive new business development through strategic targeting and relationship building, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
    • Represent the firm at industry events and maintain visibility within the central London market.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Oversee complex valuation instructions across commercial assets within central London.
    • Ensure all valuations comply with RICS Red Book standards and internal quality assurance protocols.
    • Provide technical guidance and review to team members on challenging assignments.
    • Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging valuation methodologies.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of valuation professionals ranging from graduate to associate level.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development planning.
    • Foster a collaborative culture that encourages technical excellence and professional growth.
    • Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery across multiple client engagements.
  • Technical Skills
    • Expert knowledge of valuation methodologies and RICS standards.
    • Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation software.
