We acquire properties directly, with a particular focus on industrial and warehouse buildings suitable for conversion to self-storage. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with no basic salary, paying £20,000 for each qualifying acquisition you originate that proceeds to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Originate commercial property acquisition opportunities
- Build and leverage relationships with commercial agents, owners, surveyors and other market contacts
- Generate off-market and early-stage opportunities through networking and direct outreach
- Speak directly with owners to establish whether there is a genuine opportunity to sell
- Gather the key commercial information needed to assess an opportunity
- Develop relationships capable of generating repeat deal flow
