About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in Norwich. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project activity planning and sequencing, including quality, risk, and time planning using Microsoft Project (Gantt charts).
  • Produce accurate project documentation such as contractual notices, progress and commercial reports, and email correspondence.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and delivery partners to manage resources and meet commitments.
  • Understand and manage project milestones and payment criteria, supported by the necessary documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and removing inefficiencies in processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, documentation, and procedures.
  • Uphold company culture and values in all aspects of work.
