Mechanical Pump Engineer / Site Technician\\nMarket-Leading Pump & Process Engineering Specialist (Confidential)\\n📍 UK-wide site work | 🚐 Company vehicle provided\\n🕒 Full-time | Permanent | Call-out & rota work required\\n\\nA market-leading UK specialist in the design, manufacture, installation, and servicing of pumping equipment is looking to recruit a motivated Mechanical Pump Engineer / Site Technician to join its external site teams.\\n\\nThis is a hands-on, field-based role working alongside an Electrical Site Engineer, carrying out installation, commissioning, servicing, and breakdown support of pumping and associated equipment across the UK. The role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working directly with customers on live sites.\\n\\nThe role\\n\\nYou’ll be part of a fast-paced external team delivering both planned and reactive works nationwide. Responsibilities include:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attending nationwide installations and breakdowns as required\\n\\n * \\n\\n Servicing, repairing, and assembling pumps and pumping equipment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Working to a call-out rota, including weekends and bank holidays\\n\\n * \\n\\n Completing site reports after each visit and obtaining customer sign-off\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining and improving company procedures where possible\\n\\n * \\n\\n Acting as a professional ambassador on customer sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Promoting products and services where appropriate\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring company vehicle, tools, and van stock are maintained\\n\\n * \\n\\n Identifying training and development needs\\n\\n * \\n\\n Working safely and in line with company Health & Safety policies\\n\\nWorking conditions\\n\\nThis is a site-based role covering customer locations nationwide.
