Design Engineering Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a growing UK engineering and machinery manufacturer. This is not a traditional maintenance-focused Engineering Manager role. We re looking for someone with a strong background in engineering design, machinery manufacture, CAD and product development to lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering function. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you ll take responsibility for engineering delivery, technical standards, team development and continuous improvement.
