About the Company

Operating within a leading infrastructure services group, this company has a strong reputation for providing engineering-based solutions across civil engineering, wastewater, and clean water pipeline services. With a track record of success, they are looking for a talented Contract Manager to join their team and drive the successful execution of projects in Lancashire.

The Role

As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of up to 10 projects ranging from £50K to £3M across civil, clean water, and wastewater works. Projects will include (but not be limited to) RBC's, TSRs, reed beds, chem dosing, and civil works. Experience in these areas will be highly advantageous. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual commitments.
  • Oversee health & safety, procurement, financial control, and site activities to maintain high standards across all projects.
  • Set up and manage delivery teams to meet programme requirements.
  • Monitor and manage KPMs & KPIs, ensuring objectives are met within budget and to quality standards.
  • Attend client meetings, representing the company professionally and ensuring effective communication.
  • Drive employee development, knowledge transfer, and team performance.
  • Expand the company’s existing resources by building new delivery teams and management structures.
