About the Role
We’re looking for a solid Revit/CAD Technician to join our team in Central London. This is a hands-on role producing 2D and 3D designs across a range of civil, structural, and mechanical projects — with the opportunity to get involved in water and wastewater schemes. If you’ve got strong Revit skills, understand construction or process plant environments, and can manage multiple design tasks with precision, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce 3D models and 2D drawings from sketches, engineer input, as-built drawings, and surveys.
- Develop model content for periodic design reviews (ALM/HAZOP).
- Create and manage Revit families, planning drawings, GA drawings, and detailed design outputs.
- Generate accurate and tidy 2D deliverables from models and related data.
- Update and maintain as-built drawings and project drawing registers.
- Work with P&IDs — a working understanding is ideal.
- Ensure designs consider safety, maintenance, and constructability.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Revit user — AutoCAD 2D/3D experience an advantage; Civil 3D a bonus.
- Familiarity with ACC/BIM360, Navisworks, SharePoint, and standard office tools.
- Understanding of topographical and utility surveys, levels, and coordinate systems.
- Experience in civil/structural, mechanical, or piping design within construction or utilities.
- Water/wastewater knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Clear communication skills — written and verbal.
